Building Consent Plans - Bracing Wall & Waste Connections

I have a bracing wall currently 2.6m long that separates the kitchen and lounge areas. I'd like to remove the wall (or reduce in size down to minimum possible) and need consent from the council to do this. I'd like building consent plans drawn up for this change. Also included on the same consent is a change to the council records of the private waste connections. The previous owners submitted a proposed waste drainage plan but did not implement the proposal. This consent needs to indicate where the actual waste pipes are located. Both shown on existing plans in attached images. Please provide a quote for drawing up the plans suitable for submission to council.
