Need an architect with a Licensed Building Practitioner registration to do a plan for an existing storage room to be made habitable. Its a 12 sqm2 room at the moment which needs to be made habitable. You will need to draw a basic plan and get the building consent from the council. Builder is waiting to build as repairs are going on. This place is a Child care center. Hence a commercial property. The storage room is at the back of the property. Architect to be GST registered. Please indicate how fast you can do this and how much you will charge.
