Repair/patch/replace cork tiles

There is water damage to the cork tiles around the sink in the kitchen therefore we need someone to fix it up... We have some tiles. Need to look at options re: match/varnish/sand etc or whatever is required. I would like a quote/advice estimate ASAP, but understand probably can't do this job till well after Xmas
