Alteration Plans

Plans required for a building consent application - to convert an existing building (old school hall) into a residential dwelling. The design has already been drafted in Archicad 15. I need a designer (registered LBP) to finalise the plans and prepare suitable documentation for a building consent. The scope of works for the consent involves: -altering the use of the building -detailing a new entrance with gabled porch exension -drainage plans for two new bathrooms & laundry -new underground water tank -one new external door -new windows on gable end walls
