Looking to do concept design for two houses (similar designs of about 210m2 each over 2 levels) to see if it would fit on a property to be subdivided (607m2 land zoned Mixed Housing Suburban) under Integrated Resource Consent. Don't need full plans for consent at this stage, just need to see if the plans we have in mind are feasible fo this project under the new Unitary Plan now in effect. Need to have this done and completed within a week.
