Plans for Ensuite bathroom and WIW

We have a 3 bdrm 1930s approx weatherboard bungalow of about 100m2 total in Taonui, between Bunnythorpe and Feilding on 3 acres. We'd like to add an ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe on (15-20m2 approx), and need plans drawn up to get MDC consents so our builder can start. I've checked with the council and we are allowed to add another toilet. We are on a septic tank system and our main bathroom looks like it was upgraded in the last 10-15 years with all new plastic pipework going out to the septic tank. There is plenty of room under the house - the floor joists are at least 500mm above the ground in most places. The stud inside is 3m high. The extension would be on the NW side of the house on a wall which currently has no windows/doors. Please see photos attached for more details.
