Draw up plans for kitchen renovation

Hi, I need someone to draw up plans for my kitchen renovation which includes a small laundry and entry for an external door. My kitchen is approximately 1.7m x 6.1m. I have a good idea of what I want to do but would need some guidance as I have no idea of limitations or what's required for kitchen design. Plans would include layout configuration as well as specifications for joinery and fittings. Purpose of the plans would be for me to apply for council permits (if required) and advise traders for quoting purposes.
