We are considering buying a section of land in the Paraparaumu area. It’s about a hectare - a lifestyle section - and before we make any offers we would like to understand what could be feasibly built on it, and if we progress would likely need someone to help guide us through the Council process. It is slightly sloping but not too steep, and has a stream running across it.
