Convert a garage into an office

I have a double garage approx. 50sqm that I want to convert into an office. It is attached to my house with internal access. My house has been recently renovated and now I need a home office. The garage has 2 rooms in it at the moment (A toilet and a single bedroom with a built in wardrobe). I need... 1) a draftsman to come and have a look and discuss what I need then come up with a plan/concept design or plan and design? 2) to remove the garage door and replace it with bi-fold doors (insulated) so that the space has a dual purpose (Office or garage). 3) to put a ceiling in with insulation 4) Someone to deal with any council consent issues 5) Gib removed from all walls, wall insulated, and re-gibbed etc.
