new single garage & workshop We would like a new single garage located at the front of the site. There are a few possibilities for location, will need minor excavation and retaining. We already have drive on access and site is flat. Conversion of old double garage to sleep out & games room The rear of the section contains an old double garage and shed. Power & sewerage is already connected. We would like to convert the double garage to a lines games room, possibly with pot belly stove for heating. We would like to convert the attached shed to a sleep out. We like the style of the existing building but it is very run down so demolition and a total rebuild may be faster and easier. Exterior cladding is probably asbestos. We want someone to create drawing, laise with council for permits and build.

I really enjoyed working with Craig. He project managed the job well, keeping in constant contact with subcontractors and keeping me informed. He had very high quality standards and expected subcontractors to reach the same standard. I would definitely use again.
