Draftsman drawing for replacing fireplace with french doors

we have a bach in raumati south that we are putting french doors in - to replace an unused brick fireplace. half the builders who have quoted say it does need consent and therefore drawings? council has lost the plans so we are starting from scatch it seems I am after a quote for the plans to be drawn up. We live in wellington, but will be out there next monday/tues ... but in the meantime ... chimney h1830 to roof (can't get up to measure top of chimney) w1200 fireplace --- hearth h --- door h2160 w 1650 nicki
