Drafting for Consent

We need a draftsman to draw up and help us apply for consent to the Lower Hutt City Council. We are relaying drains via a different route to the counsel connection. During this we will be redoing our bathroom which includes taking out a wall (that potentially is weight bearing), having a wet area (if we can), adding a bath waste, consenting a toilet waste that was put in by the previous owners and potentially installing a garage 36m2 requiring piles as the ground is soft. We need this all drawn up for us as well as submitted to the council as I am not sure where to start and how to fill out the application. The drains ideally need to be resolved ASAP. We also have a builder for the bathroom (quote pending) and a quote from versatile for the gargae. We are wanting a quote for the work that includes, drawing time to submitting to council.
