Job description

Draughting Services
Hutt Valley

1. We are carrying out renovations to our laundry. As part of the renovations we are: * Putting in a new external door, which will exit to a wooden deck-like platform and then have a ramp going down to the yard. * Shifting the location of the washer, drier and laundry tub (from along one wall to round the corner on the adjacent wall) We have engineers' drawings already for any structural elements. The Hutt CC says that to get a building consent we need drawings to show: * door head, sill and jamb details in compliance with E2/AS1. * where the laundry will be relocated to, to comply with G2/AS1 table 1. *ventilation to laundry in compliance with G4/AS1 (there is already a window on the relevant wall) *how compliance with D1/AS1 will be achieved to new external door. 2. We want to replace a window in the lounge with French doors - we would like drawings to show compliance with E2/AS1 (NB this is not part of the laundry building consent application - it could be done as a separate job if necessary, but preferably by the same person) Obviously, the sooner someone can do the job the better, but we will consider anyone with scope to do the job in the next three months. We look forward to hearing from you.

Fast, efficient, professional - did drawings for some small consent work - handled the consent process and got the consent quickly with no problems - very reasonable price - would recommend.
