Laundry to Ensuite Conversion.
Job description
Draftsman required for assistance towards drawing up plans and applying for council permits to convert existing toilet/laundry room, into an Ensuite for adjoining bedroom, & adding new toilet & laundry to existing bathroom (removing the bath to allow for toilet & laundry corner). See attached to give you an idea of job requirements. Hoping to get a ballpark quote of estimated cost in the hopes of starting work late Jan/Early Feb.
