Drafting required for loading baring walls

My Builder has advised that due to a layout change on where my back door will be replaced and moved flush to the exterior wall. (swapping the back door for the french doors), Also the wall between our Kitchen and Lounge are going to be removed. Our property plans will need to be updated and submitted to councils files and to record building work that has been carried out during your ownership. My Wife and I require a set of plans to be drawn up showing the new 'fire exits'/ French Doors and ideally with the wall removal in between the kitchen and lounge shown too. Kind Regards
