Interior Walls and small extension

We require a draftsman or architect to finish the drawings on removing 2 interior load bearing walls and a small extension to the rear of the house. We have had stage 1 (Measured Survey) and stage 2 (Concept Design) done, but we need stage 3 (Building Consent Drawings) done so we can get them into some builders for quoting
