House alteration in Taita, Lower Hutt

Hi, I'm looking for a drafting technician to draw up the building consent drawings for this alteration/addition at Taita, Lower Hutt. The concept plans have been done (have been done in Autocad). PDF version of original building consent drawings is available. Will require the detail drawings including elevation/section (only in the addition), detailed plan, plumbing and electrical layouts, roof plan, foundation plan for the addition, construction details, bracing calculations and specification. Doesn't need to be LBP registered as I can arrange the sign-off. I will handle the consent submission and RFI responses. Please provide a fee proposal for the above work. Thank you.
