Draftsman for alterations for building consent

We require a draftsman to draw up required plans for alterations we wish to carry out and submit for building consent. We don’t want to spend extra on 3D drawings etc..just what is necessary. Moving/removing walls to make way for larger bathroom, laundry (& extra toilet) and dining/lounge, replacing ranch slider opening with slightly larger opening with bifolds, same with kitchen window. Adding additional toilet. Deleting a rear entrance door & window and adding a window into wall by new toilet. Hoping to have consent done by end of November so we can start on part of the Reno. Rest of Reno would take place toward middle 2021.
