Draw plans to remove two internal walls

We need a draughtsman to draw plans and advise on required consents for the removal of two internal walls (red walls in images). We'd like the support beam to be installed above the ceiling joists (green, can be inserted through gable), and we'd remove the doors and cupboards in the blue hallway wall.
