Deck technical drawings.
Job description
We want to put a deck on the back of our house. We have come up with a rough design with our builder. Please see the attached document. I have a higher resolution version also but it was too large to upload to this web site. Because the deck spans a walkway and is over 1 meter in places we require building consent. Hence we require technical drawings of the deck to help us get building consent.

I was really impressed with the service from Drafting Xpertise for the following reasons. 1) The price for the job was very competitive. 2) Craig promptly came round to view and quote the job. In fact he came round over Easter whilst in the process of moving house. 3) Craig seemed keen to provide us with ideas to save us money both in terms of the drawing costs and building costs. 4) Craig's communication was excellent. He responded in a timely fashion to all my email's and communicated clearly when he would have each stage of the drawings complete. He delivered on time on each occasion. 5) The drawings were done to a very high standard. Though I am not an expert.My builder commented on the quality of the drawings and that they provided more detail, than he had seen before for a job of this type. He also felt that the extra detail would save him time during the construction phase. In fact I have been led to believe that my builder has chosen to use him as draughtsman for his next building project.
