Drafting of carport-style structure

Need plans drawn up, for a carport-style structure in Eastbourne. The support structure has already been built (see photos / plans) but we need to go through the building consent process to be able to put the roof on, so need to have detailed drawings covering the entire structure / plan. Details / criteria: * roof size approx 27 metres square * desired roof materials = corrugated metal for most part, with a couple of strips of semi-clear material to let light through * drainage access = none (soak pit or similar may be required) * surrounding buildings = none (other than the existing shed + container in pics) * address Burdans Gate carpark, next door to 521 Muritai Rd, Eastbourne * looking for simplest and cheapest solution * don't have builder either at this point, so happy to take your lead on this if appropriate
