Drawings for Resource Consent & Building Consent

We're looking to build a deck extension on our property. The current deck sits on the boundary, so the extension will require a resource consent to follow the boundary line. It's also above 1.5m so will require a building consent. Our neighbour is happy to give her resource consent but she is moving house soon so the impetus is on us to get this processed asap and happening. If you're able to make some good drawings + do a quick turnaround, then we'd be keen to hear from you!!
