Drawings and associated documentation sufficient to obtain Building Consent for the construction of a double garage in keeping with the house and coastal environment. Including a vehicle approach to this garage from existing driveway . Profound dune terrain. Utilities to be included: power only (from existing house). Timeframe: we would like someone to start this job (design, specify, document for Council approval) in August / September 2022.
