80sqm house renovation

I have a small 2 bedroom attached unit/house (freehold, not cross lease). I am wanting to take out a lounge to kitchen wall and push out an exterior wall by about a meter. Im looking for an architect/draughtsman who could draw up plans for this and assist with the building consent process. Essentially a renovation of lounge, kitchen and also bathroom with house extended a bit and a deck built. Please let me know if and when you are able to assist and how the pricing works.
