Renovation Project for BC only

Hi, I need a draftsman to draw up BC plans for a Renovation project out on Waiheke & provide design certificate signoff for council ( LBP required) 1) New Carport with enclosed storage area ( Not attached to house 2) New Larger bi-fold doors ( Need to coordinate with structural engineer to provide details - I can recommend some engineers if needed ) Structural engineer will provide a new bracing calc. 3) Current small deck removed for a new large deck with glass balustrade and build in seating / screening 4) New structural post for existing ridge beam support. 5) - 4 New windows ( Double glazed ) - Rest of house single glaze windows to be replaced with new double glazed windows. So new flashing details to be provided. 6) New open plan interior design, which is done by myself the architect. Open layout kitchen with new appliances & wood burner ( Woodburner need to be issued with BC application ) 7) New bathroom location - So new waterproofing details 8) New internal steel balustrade details to stairs ( I can provide the sketches) 9) New skylight details & flashings 10) New lighting Plan 11) New schematic draining layout 12) Remove and replace existing gutter & downpipes with new 13) Paint to outside, so mainly notes around this 14) Specifications for BC 15) All items required for BC and updated to any RFI's from council. Because you will sign off the drawings, you need to be onsite for any items related to the signoff. BC drawings can start when ever you are ready to start. I have plenty of photos and a full 3d model ( archicad 25) I'm currently working on the interior designing directly with the clients and this would not affect the BC
