New Bedroom

I am looking for a drafts-person with residential renovation experience to draw up plans for alterations to our house. We want to add a third bedroom to our house as well as remove the internal wall between kitchen and dining room. I can provide existing plans and elevations, and have a builder to do the job. We need the plans for council resource consent and for a registered valuer to complete a projected valuation report for mortgage purposes.
