Re-Configure Old State house to Suit New Layout

Hi, This property is an Ex 1950 Statehouse. The Concrete Entry has been enclosed and incorporated into the hallway by a previous owner. This leaves dead space in the hallway. I do not have a floor plan and there is nothing on council files, i assume as it was built pre paperwork?? So this may need to be drawn up as well. We are looking to hire a Draftsman to Draw up some plans about how best to use and incorporate this space into a genuine 3rd bedroom. Ideas i have thought of so far are relocating bathroom to "Backdoor/Laundry" and using the vacated space by the bathroom to create a genuine 3rd bedroom with our funky dead end hallway. We are also open to the idea of a full extension, i lack the vision of the best way to achieve this but hopefully you may be able to see a way possible.
