Urgent - Looking to complete a project

I had some drawings done for a master bedroom extension (30sqm). These were submitted for building consent. Council has a few requests for further information, which i understand to be nothing major, but the agent (draughtsperson) that submitted the plans has disappeared. I have already obtained geotech reports etc so almost there. Looking for someone to urgently take over the project.
