Site Bulk & Location Plan - 2x Duplex design for 1011sqm section.

We need a site bulk & location plan done for two 2brm single-storey duplexes for our 1011sqm section. We have an existing house at the front of this section so plan to subdivide and build the back duplex first (keeping the front house in place), and then the front duplex at a later date. We had a site bulk & location plan for two 3brm 2-storey duplexes drawn up last year and can send these on for your review. The reason we are going elsewhere to reconfigure these designs is due to the fact that the architect's waitlist is now 4-6 months. Please only respond if your waitlist is less than 2 months.
