Plans for small unit.

We’re after some basic plans for our small unit. We’re on a lifestyle block and have an existing shed that’s 114m2 with a stud height of 3.6m. What we want to do is turn part of this shed into a self contained unit for our autistic son. The shed is over 20yrs (it was here before us so I don’t have any plans), concrete floor and cladded with ply. I spoke to Waipa council and they said we’re able to turn it into a unit. Cheers.
