Architect req'd for house beam alteration

We have a 2 storey house which has structural beams on the bottom storey holding up one of the upstairs bedrooms. We require registered architect plans for one of the horizontal beams to be replaced by another beam placed vertically on the underside of the top storey of the house so that we can free up the space on the ground currently constricted by the horizontal beam. Thanks.
