We want transform the garage into a laundry with internal access from upstairs. Including a 1bd studio with its own kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs we want ti remove a wall which separates the kitchen/diner and lounge. We also have a hideous brick internal wall which needs to be removed. lastly we have various textured ceiling heights which need removing. New kitchen bathrooms
