Semi-self contained unit plan

We are after a licenced Draughtsman with residential renovation experience, to review our basement and complete a plan to turn it into a semi-self contained unit. The basement has an internal staircase, external door and has two rooms. We wish to have one room containing a lounge and kitchenette, complete with washing machine space. The other room to contain a bedroom with toilet and shower cubical. We want to be able to add another window in the bedroom for more light, replace or retrofit double glazing on other windows. Replace door, add deck, carpet and Lino throughout. To have the unit on its own power and gas is desirable as well. Will need to be concentable work, assistance with concent process also required.
