Full build - barn house working diagrams

I need a new build draughted for me. I know EXACTLY what I want, where it is to be located, the general specs of the house and foundations. I have geotech report and wastewater report ready to go. I need a competent LBP to draw me plans to meet the requirements for a building consent. I will manage the project, but the plans need to be ABSOLUTELY SPOT ON. Build location is South Auckland. Someone flexible and knows what they are doing and can listen to the client's brief is essential
