Bungalow Remodel
Job description
We need our ideas/plans for remodel to our transitional villa drawn up. Remodel changes will be sympathetic with Californian Bungalow style to include adding a wrap around veranda, sunroom extension, and loft conversion with ensuite; a reconfigure of some rooms within existing footprint to add laundry room and guest room with small ensuite; and relocate main bathroom. We are looking for value for money.

We had a specific brief, including lots of pictures from magazines, and wanted to keep the same architecture so that the extension looked like a part of the original house. Louie Kang is a lovely man, very personable and was certain of being able to deliver our design requests. The staff assigned to our project were young and pleasant, but were unable to communicate effectively with us, which caused some delays. Their strength is modern design, not Arts & Crafts or Bungalow.

"Hi nancy. Thank you for the review. It was great to work with you. I just would like to add a comment on time schedule that we actually did not delay the project and main delay was caused by the structural engineer. It is hard to find an engineer to work on schedule these days we found. I personally prioritised this project over others. Anyway. Thank you for your constructive comments
