Rural new build

I need someone to take my preliminary concept design for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house (approx 90m2) and turning it into a final design. Building consent application will also be included. This will be a solar powered house on the rear of a rural property . The build has a small budget which will need to be taken into account. I am planning for it to be a mono pitch rectangular house (similar to Matrix Homes design) with a N/NE aspect. Waste water planning is also required. No resource consent is required however overlays and a nearby ONF will need to be taken into account. A basic floor plan and similar external look are attached in photos. I do not have a builder in mind yet so a design and build option will certainly be considered. Thanks!
