Im in process of acquiring a section in Kawakawa and intend to build a new dwelling on it. I need our house plan, drawn up with required specifications so a resource consent application can be made and all trades can build according to the plan. Priority being that on completion it is - On budget - Dry and waterproof - Compliant with code If you also have the capability to do the material quantities for the build.
