Tiny house plans - Hihi

Hi I need a draftsman to draw up plans for tiny house 12m x 6m Builder has the dimensions in his head.. but has hurt his back and cannot work.. I would like to have proper plans drawn up so other builders can carry out the work. Black sheet metal roof and sides with cedar trim...(see similar look in photo) foundations already in ground, Tri board interior walls, ply H3? flooring, , Black alum windows & doors, all materials on hand.. doors and windows being ordered tomorrow. (will have sizes and layout) Both bedrooms in front have sliding doors. bi-fold door in center living area. large deck in front approx 8m x 12m - deck at back. Small ensuite added to Bedroom 2 - Deck out back.. Main bathroom has exterior door to back deck. Decks front and back. finished house by March 10th 2023. Work starting again on Monday.. so need plans asap.
