I have completed engineering drawings for alterations to a house requiring a portal frame to support an area where a wall is being removed, and a steel lintel in an outside wall for support where a larger window is being fitted, these drawings have been sent to someone who will do the B/C application for me but he has told me “I need an LPB designer to do plans that attend to the external cladding details as the engineering plans only address the structural matters”, so I need someone who can provide these plans for me.
