We are looking for a Draftsperson for a residential property we are building in Russell, Northland. We are working with an architect for the house design, and will supply detailed architectural drawings . However we need a skilled draftsperson for the plans to submit for building consent. The CAD technician needs to be a Licensed Building Practitioner or a registered architect, so as to certify the drawings/design on submission with Council. Estimated time for the work will be from May 2022.
