Sleep out extension

The existing outside small room needs a Shower/toilet and kitchen area added on. This will require tapping into our sewage and water. Also looking to add a gas califont. Drawings will be filed to the council for consent. Prefer a local draughtsman, who is able to view the property. Looking to get this project started asap.
