Add to existing house plans a detailed sketch of new bathroom

We have recently installed a new bathroom inside an existing bedroom (changed the bedroom into a bathroom). No structural changes. We need COA (consent from council). The officer told us we need: Please provide scaled plans and specifications to show compliance with all the applicable NZBC clauses such as NZBC Clauses E3 and G4. The scaled plans and specifications provided also need to demonstrate compliance with the relevant sections of the Building Act 2004, for example, section 112 of the Building Act 2004. So I need someone to add this to my existing house plans.
