Drafting plans for renovation

Hello, I would like a quote for some basic Reno plans of a crib in Harwood. I want it to be open plan, walls removed, current cabinetry removed from kitchen and I would like a bedroom on mezzanine level, so a staircase to be built. Currently the house is 60m2 one bedroom and dodgy holey floors. I would like French doors in bathroom and entrance to property onto a deck.
