Need some drawings done urgently for some internal alterations including P&D, (ensuite +other alterations) design of a deck that is more than 1.5m from ground (we have deck already all it needs is new piles, handrails to get it consented as currently it is on wrong piles and too much of an over-hang), moving a structural wall and possibly a carpark cut into a bank that may require engineered design (or stepped retaining walls could get around this requirement?) and resource consent. If doing carpark is too complex can leave that off as need drawings to council ASAP. Have recently had all house plans re-done including site plan so plans are up to date and can be used to do alteration drawings. I know exactly what I want where just need consent drawings done.
