Looking for someone to provide Concept Design and Working Drawings for the following project: Creating covered off street parking for two cars with a deck over the top. Approximately 6m x 6m garaging with the deck area above at 6m x 3m and the remainder of the roof in Colour Steel roofing. Will require Earth removal, Retaining wall construction, Concrete Slab, Deck building. Due to the works there is a requirement for Resource Consent and Building Consent.
