Veranda and bathroom addition

Draughtsperson required. We require plans for a veranda to reduce the amount of sun in our lounge and for a bathroom to be added to the back of the house. The lounge has a wall of glass on the north side but in spite of us adding blinds the room is still too hot. This expected cost is for the whole job.
