Drafting house renovations for consent

Kia ora, Our family is planing a renovation of our home in North East Valley. The renovation involves: Open planning of kitchen/living area; Installing new doors and windows; Addition of a deck; Bathroom alterations; We have done some preliminary research and are aware of the need for consents and engineering for the open plan space. We know most of the changes we need. We're looking for a cool drafts-person to work with us to draw up plans for the renovations, assist with some design elements (i.e helping figure out the best kitchen layout) and prepare drawings to submit to the DCC for consent. Depending on your skills set and how we gel, we might also consider some ongoing project management for the procurement and build stages as well.
