Drafting work needed

Hi there, I have two drafting jobs I’d like to get done at a rental property. First job - a two story brick wall is starting to show signs of distress. I’d like to get something designed to hold it in place such and stop any further movement. Second job is the removal of a wall in bottom story of house that needs to be drafted. Would prefer dealing with a small business or self employed drafter. Cheers, Jay
