Renovation Drawings and Document Facilitation

We require a draftsman to provide drawings to obtain a building consent for a renovation of a 140m2 single storey 1920's villa. I have created a design on sketch up to scale of the intended design including kitchen and bathroom, however its not all that detailed but does clearly demonstrate intended design. The lean-to is to be knocked down and reinstated slightly larger, internal wall to be removed and other walls to be altered, bathroom to be redone to include a new bath, kitchen completely redone, external bi-fold doors and three new windows to be installed. Iam a licensed builder new to town. I will be preforming all of the work myself apart from the obvious, plumbing and electrics. We will require the facilitation of drawings through council including town planning if necessary. Would prefer not to go overkill on detailed drawings, just a decent set of working drawings enough to appease council.
