I need an achitectural designer/draftsperson to prepare consent plans and full working drawings for an 80m2 two bedroom unit on a sloping site in Macandrew Bay. I have a developed floor plan and footprint plus topographical detail and siting all sorted. Just need to get the concept finalised and drawings in to Council - would like to have building consent lodged by end of October. Thanks.
